2 · Setup

MCP + Claude Code

Full rollout of the Claude Code + MCP stack in your company: install, dedicated server if needed, ready-to-use workflow templates and team training.

  • Claude Code installation and selected MCP servers (honest-mcp family or custom).
  • Dedicated MCP server for your internal API/DB, if scope requires it.
  • 2-3 workflow templates: skills, sub-agents, hooks.
  • Technical documentation and a 2-hour team training.
  • 30 days of post-launch support (bug-fixes and questions).

3 · Retainer

Technical support

Monthly care of the stack after go-live: MCP updates, troubleshooting, and new workflows as your company evolves.

  • Monthly check-in (60-90 min).
  • MCP server updates when underlying APIs change.
  • Operational support: email plus an optional Slack channel.
  • New skills and workflows on request (4h/mo Basic, 12h/mo Full).
  • Minimum 3 months, then 30-day notice.

For sole traders and small companies (2-15 people), most often in finance, tech, consulting and adjacent sectors — the kind of team that spends a lot of time on data, processes and integrations, and has the appetite and room to bring AI/MCP into the stack.

How do we start?

We book a free 30-minute discovery call on Cal.com or by email. On that call we work out what you actually need and whether I'm the right partner. If yes — we move to an audit or straight to scoping an implementation.

How does payment work?

Polish-registered companies: 23% VAT is added. EU companies outside Poland: reverse-charge invoice (no VAT on my side). Non-EU: to be agreed individually.

What are the guarantees?

Audit: 100% money-back within 7 days of delivery if you decide the deliverables don't meet the brief. Setup: all bugs in the delivered configuration fixed for free for 30 days after handover. Retainer: 30 days' notice to cancel at any point after the first three months.

Which languages do you work in?

Polish (native) and English (professional). All technical documentation, reports and training can be delivered in either of the two languages.
